Our Track Program
at West Hempstead High School Track

Our Spring Track program is held on Sunday mornings from 9:30-11:30 am at the West Hempstead High School track (behind the school building).    The 8-week program for boys & girls ages 5-14 begins on April 11, 2010 (the first session starts at 9:00 am) and the last session is June 13, 2010.    The registration fee is $90.00 and includes T-shirt, ribbon races and trophies. 

Events include:

• hurdles
• relay races
• long jump
• tug-of-war
• sprints and timed races
• ribbon races

Registration is held at the West Hempstead P.A.L. Clubhouse.
Registration is on a first come/first served basis.
