Our Karate program
at Malverne School of Self-Defense

The 8-week program consists of one-hour long sessions for children ages 4-8 and ages 8 & up.  The registration fee is $100.00.   The GI (uniform) is $30.00 (not included in registration fee; child’s height & weight needed to determine the proper size). Classes are offered in the spring and fall.   The first class is Wednesday, March 31 and runs until May 26, 2010.   Days, times & ages are as follows:

Ages 4-8 yrs.:

• Wednesday at 5:00-6:00 pm

Ages 8 yrs. & up:

• Saturday at 12:00-1:00 pm

Registration is held at the West Hempstead P.A.L. Clubhouse.  
Registration is on a first come/first served basis.
