Our Judo program
at West Hempstead P.A.L. Clubhouse

The 16-week program is held at the West Hempstead P.A.L. Clubhouse.   The registration fee is $135.00 (payable to WHPAL). There is also a mandatory uniform fee of $35.00-$45.00 (not included in registration fee, payable to Charles Schweizer).   Classes are offered in the spring and fall.  The first class is TBA.  Days, times & ages are as follows:

Ages 4-10:

• Monday & Thursday at 5:30-7:00 pm

Ages 11 & up:

• Monday & Thursday at 7:00-8:30 pm

Our Introductory Judo is a 16-week program held at the West Hempstead P.A.L. Clubhouse.  The registration fee is $100.00 (payable to WHPAL).  The first class is TBA. Days, times & ages as follows:

Ages 3-4:

• Saturday at 9:00-10:00 am

Students learn the basics of Judo, such as gripping, unbalancing, movement, coordinatioin, throwing, falling, self-discipline and self confidence, through the use of movement games and drills.

Clubhouse.   The registration fee is $120.00 (payable to WHPAL).   There is also a mandatory uniform fee of $35.00-$45.00 (not included in registration fee, payable to Charles Schweizer).   Classes are offered in the spring and fall.  The first class is TBA.  Days, times & ages are as follows:

Ages 7 & up:

• Monday & Thursday at 4:30-5:30pm

Registration is held at the West Hempstead P.A.L. Clubhouse.  
Registration is on a first come/first served basis.
